These are taken as true for the proposal to hold.

Client will provide timely feedback within 2 business days at each milestone.
All content, logo assets, and branding materials are supplied by the client before design begins.
Cloud hosting costs (AWS/GCP) are billed separately and borne by the client.
A dedicated point of contact is available for weekly stand-up calls.
Third-party API keys (WhatsApp Business, SendGrid) are procured by the client.
Up to 2 revision rounds per phase are included; additional revisions billed at ₹1,800/hr.
Exclusions

What's Not Included

The following are outside the scope of this proposal unless agreed separately.

Domain registration, SSL certificate procurement, and DNS management.
Data migration from existing CRM or spreadsheet systems (can be quoted separately).
Native iOS / Android mobile app development (PWA is included in Phase 3).
Ongoing cloud infrastructure management after 12-month support period.
Custom ERP or accounting system integration beyond the scope defined herein.
Printed user manuals, on-site training travel expenses.

Yes. Upon final payment, complete source code ownership transfers to your organisation. You receive the Git repository, deployment scripts, and full documentation with no lock-in.

Absolutely. All packages are built on the same architecture. Upgrading from Starter to Professional simply activates Phase 2 modules — no re-development needed. The price difference applies.

Minor changes within the agreed scope are handled at no cost during each phase. Out-of-scope requests follow a formal change-request process with a written impact assessment before any work begins.

The base proposal covers a single-tenant deployment. Multi-tenant SaaS architecture is available as an add-on — please request a separate quote as it requires additional database isolation and billing logic.

Support covers bug fixes, critical security patches, and minor UI adjustments. New feature development, performance upgrades, and third-party API changes after the support period are billed at our standard rates.

All data is AES-256 encrypted at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Role-based access control limits exposure. Regular automated backups, penetration test reports, and GDPR-ready data-deletion workflows are included.
